Delivery Terms

At Smoky Concepts, we treat every order with the same care and attention that goes into crafting our products. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process, pack, and ship your order.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Armenia).
• Processing time is typically 2–5 business days for standard items. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

• Standard Delivery — estimated 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Express Delivery — estimated 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

• Orders above 20,000 AMD / $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Express delivery is available at an additional cost, shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected destinations as listed on our website. Available regions may expand over time. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees associated with their delivery.

5. Packaging

Every Smoky Concepts order is dispatched in our premium branded packaging, reflecting the quality and craftsmanship of the product inside. We believe the unboxing experience is part of what makes a Smoky Concepts purchase special.

Additional packaging options such as gift wrapping and special presentation formats will be introduced in the future and will be available to select at checkout when live.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will do our best to keep you informed about its status. If you have any questions about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us at smokyconcepts@gmail.com and we will assist you.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or resolution.
• If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from inaccurate delivery information.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently available for orders within Armenia only.

• For COD orders, full payment is due at the moment of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready.
• If you refuse to accept or pay for a COD order upon delivery without a valid reason, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs incurred.
• Repeated refusals or non-payment of COD orders may result in COD being restricted or unavailable for future orders from the same customer.
• If you need to cancel a COD order, please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We invest significant time and craftsmanship into every order. We kindly ask that COD orders are placed with genuine intent to receive and pay for the product.
