Smoky Concepts offers premium and semi-premium accessories and handcrafted goods. Our products may include, but are not limited to, items made from leather, gold, silver, wood, metal, carbon fiber, PETG, and other high-grade materials.
- Product images, descriptions, and material details are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimension may occur due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of our products.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
Many of our products are made to order or can be customized upon request. For custom orders:
- All customization details must be submitted accurately at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
- Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed.
- Custom orders may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Once a custom order enters production, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices are displayed in AMD / USD / EUR / RUB, and additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- We accept payments via major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Idram. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for orders within Armenia only. All online transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if fraud is suspected.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A payment receipt from our payment provider confirms your transaction only. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a separate order confirmation email from Smoky Concepts.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify the order.
- If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship to selected destinations. Available shipping regions are listed on our website and may expand over time.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and reporting any damage or issues immediately.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees associated with international deliveries.
